I would like to edit my opinion of Ace Cash Express, they have good service and has been very helpful in times of need. A while back I left a bad review on this location because I couldn’t get a check cashed, since then I’ve found out that multiple locations are doing the same thing due to stores closing and it’s definitely a real policy. I will admit fully that I was wrong, I was a little too quick to put my frustration through the keyboard.
Sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused, the employee was just doing her job and I feel bad for making the situation worse. If I can give any advice to potential customers, its not their fault that I waited til the last minute to handle my business, it never hurts to call ahead and double check your plans because the employees are knowledgeable on locations that can take care of you and you might need time to drive to the next spot.
I highly recommend this place! Suzy, provides such a wonderful customer service. Very reliable person, constructive and proactive. Not to mention very informative as her answers to my questions. Last, but not least her sweet personality, always with a smile on her face.
Kimberly is always exceptional at helping me cash out my checks every two weeks! She helped me get a debit card as well as set up my direct deposit. I really appreciate her and Ace Cash Express.
Susan is the reason why I visit this location, she's fast and gets me in and out right away (which is a huge plus because of parking!). She's always nice, and makes sure I take care of all my business in one visit! When I cash my check she always offers to load my debit card, and reminds me to purchase money orders or pay my bills.
Overall experience here was great..All the people working there seem very knowledgeable and are their to help you with all your needs.super friendly and the best part amazing customer service.Thank You the young lady who helped me her name was Jenny very fast, friendly and made sure I was in and out in no time
